David Mayer is the Academy Director of Utah Red Wolves, bringing a wealth of experience as a former professional player, college coach, and highly licensed educator. He holds both a UEFA A License and a USSF A License, making him one of the most qualified youth development coaches in the region.
Additionally, David is the co-author and co-host of "Gold Dust: How to Become a More Effective Coach, Quickly", a book and podcast he created with his father, Keith Mayer, an Academy Coach at Liverpool. Together, they share insights from some of the world's most accomplished coaches, reinforcing David's commitment to mentorship, leadership, and high-performance player development.
