Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and participating in Utah Red Wolves Academy programs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are registering a minor, you confirm that you are the legal guardian and agree to these terms on their behalf.
Program Participation
Registration and Eligibility
To participate in our programs, players must meet the specific age requirements for their respective teams. During registration, all information provided must be complete and accurate to ensure proper team placement and safety. Depending on the program level, medical clearance may be required before participation is permitted. Program fees must be paid according to the published schedule unless alternative arrangements have been made through our financial aid program.
Attendance and Commitment
Our program's success relies on consistent participation and commitment from all players. Athletes are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions and matches, arriving on time and properly equipped for the activity. In cases where attendance is not possible, players or their guardians must notify coaches in advance. Additionally, players are expected to maintain appropriate academic standards as part of their commitment to personal development both on and off the field.
Code of Conduct
Players
Players in our academy are expected to maintain high standards of conduct. This includes demonstrating good sportsmanship in all interactions, showing respect to coaches, officials, and fellow players, and adhering to all team and facility rules. Players must maintain appropriate behavior both on and off the field, recognizing that they represent the academy in all settings.
Parents/Guardians
Parents and guardians play a crucial role in our program's success. They are expected to support positive player development through encouragement and appropriate sideline behavior. This includes respecting the decisions of coaches and officials, following established communication protocols, and contributing to a positive learning environment for all players.
Health and Safety
All participants and their guardians must acknowledge and understand the nature of soccer as a contact sport with inherent risks. Safety is our primary concern, and proper equipment must be worn at all times during academy activities. It is essential that all medical conditions are disclosed to ensure appropriate care, and established emergency protocols must be followed without exception.
Payment and Refunds
Financial commitments are an important aspect of program participation. Program fees must be paid according to published schedules to maintain active status. Our refund policy governs any requests for payment returns. For families requiring assistance, financial aid applications must be submitted by stated deadlines. Please note that late payments may affect a player's ability to participate in academy activities.
Media Release
As part of our program documentation and promotion, media content is regularly captured during academy activities. Unless specifically opted out in writing, photos and videos may be taken and used for academy promotion. Player names may be published in connection with their achievements, following our privacy policy guidelines. All media usage is carefully managed to protect our players while celebrating their accomplishments.
Termination
The academy maintains the right to terminate participation when necessary. This may occur in cases of code of conduct violations, non-payment of fees, repeated unexcused absences, or any behavior deemed detrimental to the program. Our goal is to maintain a positive and productive environment for all participants, and these measures help ensure that standard.
